Quick Lunch Workout and Day 9 of no Smoking

Hey Hey Hey!

How's everyone doing? I'm feeling really refreshed after my lunch workout. Right now I'm eating a wrap I made to refuel my body. It's a sundried tomato basil tortilla/fat free--with lettuce, roast beef, spicy turkey, bacon bits, red onions, colby jack cheese, and light mayo. I have cucumbers to put on there, but they wont fit. I guess I'll save them for a snack later.

Today's Lunch Workout was similar to the last workout I posted. (100 workout)
Only this time I made it a little harder for myself and timed it.

100 Jumping Jacks
90 Crunches
80 Squats
70 Leg Lifts
60 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches
40 Squats
30 Leg Lifts
20 Jumping Jacks
1 Minute Plank
1 Minute of Dips
1 Minute of Pushups
1 Minute of Burpees

Time 16:14:03

Outside HillWork - Up and Down Ginormous Hill 3 times

Total Time with both exercises 24:29:90

Everytime I will try to beat my time.
